"Staff are are amazing. There are not enough lounges around the pool areas and preference is given to black and white wrist band guests. The beach is smaller than advertised this is due to the last August hurricane so a few rocks to be navigated. NOT EVERTHING IS INCLUDED there is no complimentary Riesling wine, lobster tails these are additional $'s certain steaks can cost between $55 and $110 US We had $250 US Resort Credits but were only valid fot the Spa, not happy "
