I love this hotel so clean, breath taking gorgeous. Omg me and my mate was so pleased. Great staff. 10star hotel.

This was our second time to stay here. The food and service was much better on our first visit. They went out of their way on our first visit with the service and food. This time they were more interested in selling you things. Not sure we will go there again.

We had a fabulous time there, I have stayed at all high end hotels in Cancun, none hold a candle to Nizuc. The service and staff are incredible, the food is fabulous and the privacy is much appreciated. The breakfast buffet is simply out of this world, the beaches and pools are beautiful.

This was our 4th trip to the Zilara. We love hotel, the food, beach and mostly the staff. Only criticism this trip was the air conditioning in our room not fully working properly but they gave us a personal air conditioner and that helped.

The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable. We had family that stayed at another resort and they admit that we had made the better choice.

We loved this property. It's exactly what we were looking for this trip. It was relaxed, and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will say that if you're looking for a party or any type of nightlife, this is not the place for you. BUT, if you love great food, great service, rest and relaxation, then this is definitely somewhere you should consider. We will be back!

The hotel was located in a good zone, close to all the resorts and beaches in cancun. It was a very modest hotel good for the price. The bed sheets could have used a little more cleanliness since they seemed to be stained

Hi I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights it was great but the gym was under construction it would of been nice if that mentioned it when I booked it.. was missing the exercise

Trip was great. Didn't meet anyone in Mexico that wasn't friendly and nice. Great place to visit.

Check in is not till 4pm. We arrived about 11am to get a jump on our first day and our room was already available. That started out our week awesome. On top of that when we arrived at the front the door man asked for our names and directed us where to go since there are two parts to the hotel. So we didn't waste time trying to check in on the wrong section. Check in was a breeze and again our room was already ready. Big Plus!!!! Arrived to our room, unpacked, got dressed for the pool and down we went. The service was great everywhere we went. From the restaurants, bar, market and washing room. My favorite has to be the Hacienda Sisal. Although the food and service was great in all locations the Hacienda Sisal was my go to place. We were here for 5 in a half days and it was our best vacation yet. Will return again to enjoy some tours we didn't get to do.
