The property was beautiful, the food and restaurant options were great, and there was something for everyone in the family. But the Kids Club was the WIN! 🙌 The kids absolutely loved it, which meant they were entertained, having fun, and actually wanted to go back. As parents, that gave us time to relax and enjoy the resort knowing the kids were having just as much fun as we were.

Everything was well maintained. Staff were excellent. Food was the best tasting I’ve ever had in an all inclusive and the drinks were great with great preparation and presentation, not just a glass and content like others I’ve been to.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, there was also a balcony which was used to sip our morning coffee and enjoy the birds chirping. The staff at the hotel, whether its the front desk or at the gym or the restaurants were attentive and friendly. Hotel has some activities during the day and evening, which you can enjoy with family or with friends. The beach view is amazing, unfortunatly we couldn't swim in the ocean due to seaweed but there were pools and a water park which you can enjoy. I would definetly return. Thank you to the staff of Marriott Cancun for their hospitality.

We had the best experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was the seaweed which they tried to clean daily. We we’re very happy with our stay.

The food isn’t as flavorful as it used to be. My least favorite part is our side of the property smelling like used bacon grease every evening. But the staff is wonderful as always. Our room was super clean.

We came to the Marriott 25 years ago for our honeymoon and for our anniversary this year we decided to go back to where it started. Although Cancún has changed, the hotel was beyond amazing. Every single worker greeted us at each passing. The hotel itself was gorgeous. There were over 10 restaurants and they were all delicious! Casa Madre had amazing breakfast and Champions was our go to in the evening. They seriously make you feel like royalty here.
