This resort is perfect for family with kids. We had a great time during our stay. All staff were very helpful. Our favorite restaurant was the steakhouse and Mexican restaurant. Buffet restaurant was good but not excellent. But overall we had a great time and will not hesitate to come back again.

Overall it was good. It has a lot of activities and my kids had a great time in the different swimming pools and waterparks. The beach was right next to the hotel with parasailing, jet skis, and close to the ferry. The personnel were supre helpful and nice. The restaurant food was good but not the buffet, the elevators were super hot and took forever, and I had to constantly report to the main office to open the waterpark.

The rooms are outdated, specially the bathrooms. when you arrive they tell you can eat at the buffet place or make reservations for the other 5 restaurants from 12pm to 2 pm. We went as a family of 5 for 1 week and every time I tried to go in and make reservations it would say no table available. Then I went to complain they made 3 reservations at the Wayne book, La pizza and fisherman. Out of these 3 La pizza had the best food overall. Wayne’s boots I didn’t like it at all. The buffet place was okay nothing special didn’t like most of the food they had. Sometimes we have to wait in line for a table. Kids water playground closes at 4:30 which i think is pretty early.

Not so much they have a lot of bad reviews but we decided to give them a chance and we regret it. Things they can’t control beach is full of sea weed and has foul smell. A lot of heat and humidity They have no control over that to be fair. Rooms are outdated the gentleman at check in gave us phony website to do dinner reservations but this web site don’t even work were told to do reservation at 11 am I will log in at 11 sharp only one option or non . Buffet was ok but same food items every day. Food service staff were nice and helpful. Front desk don’t care and each time we go and let them know about an issue they lied and blame someone else . When I told them I can’t make dinner reservations they blamed Expedia !! . The only good thing that my kids had good time they enjoyed pools and water park

At check in we received a QRCode to reserve at restaurants for 3 days we where unable to booked I tried to talk to front desk and they said to use the QR code they couldn’t do anything at fourth day I went and demanded to be helped finally they filled a form to reserve my parents also reserved at Expedia they said they didn’t reserved in Expedia so they couldn’t help them make reservations after going several times to front desk finally the manager took care of everything on my last reservation at the Italian restaurant they only have 10 min tolerance I was there exactly at 9:39 my reservation was at 9:30 the captain was not there he came to help at 9:45 and said they couldn’t serve us anymore I did argued Inwas there on time he literally said I was lying so I say d you have camaras? Please check them you’ll see I’m not lying and walk away the French and seafood restaurant are the best in food and service over all it’s very good for family with children but not really for young adults

We stayed at Crown Paradise Cancun in September 2026, and overall it was an okay experience with both positives and negatives. I’m mentioning the date because the weather was extremely hot, which made some of the ventilation issues much more noticeable. The resort feels a bit dated but reasonably maintained. The food wasn’t bad, but the selection was limited and became repetitive after a couple of days. My biggest issue was the air conditioning/ventilation. Cancun is extremely hot, especially in September, and even some indoor areas weren’t properly cooled. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm, and the indoor entertainment area with billiards, foosball, and a movie space was also quite warm. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy these areas. On the positive side, it’s a great resort for families with kids. There are water parks, several pools, a playground, a partially covered pool that provides protection from the strong sun, and an adults-only pool. Overall, I’d recommend it mainly to families with children, but if good air conditioning, modern rooms, and a wide variety of food are important to you, keep those things in mind before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay! We got the honeymoon suite and the views were to die for! The housekeeping kept the room in tip top shape. The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The only sub-par about the facility is the gym there. It is very out dated and some of the equipment either didn't work or was falling apart (but let's get real, most people do not work out on vacation). As a whole we very much enjoyed the stay and would 100% stay here again!

Great place for kids but needs updates. The rooms were on the small side but livable. The overall property seems to be deteriorating, it needs work and it seems like they're trying to keep up with it but the list is long. The kids loved it. The food selection was not as good as other resorts we stayed at. Menu was limited and didn't matter if you went to the restaurants. All food was pretty much the same. So a solid 3 star place. For the price. You really can't complain.
