No elevator No room phone!!! The 1st night we switched rooms because the 1 they gave us was just HIDEOUS! Cords hanging out of the wall, TV didn’t work, dirty sheets, just HORRIBLE. The 2nd room given was not asssss bad, but it wasn’t good. The toilet had stopped up, and it wasn’t a maintenance man on site to fix it so my husband found a long stick from outside and unclogged it, thank God it worked. They don’t have any towels or tissue in the rooms you have to ask for them. No mirror in the bathroom, or anywhere in the room, the rooms also had an old stale smell…good thing I brought a can of Lysol.
