Very nice place to stay friendly staff great restaurants

I had a fantastic time at Villa del Palmar. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food was diverse and delicious, with plenty of great choices for every meal. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add more Asian dining options, such as Japanese, Korean, or Chinese cuisine. Finally, the housekeeping was great—our rooms were kept very clean. Overall, a highly recommended experience!

Our stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, luxurious, and the perfect place to relax while still having plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially loved the heated luxury pools, which were gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. The fully equipped gym and workout area was impressive, and my daughter and I also enjoyed spending time together in the dance and yoga room—a great addition to the resort’s wellness amenities. The restaurants were fabulous, and every dining experience added something special to our stay. A very special shout-out goes to Angel De Jesus, our waiter at Davino Italian Bistro. His exceptional service, warm personality, and attention to detail helped make my daughter’s birthday dinner truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make her feel celebrated, and it became one of the highlights of our trip! From the beautiful grounds and pools to the wellness spaces, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality, Villa del Palmar Cancun exceeded our expectations. We created some wonderful mother-daughter memories here and would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable Cancun getaway!
