Highly recommended, be prepared for the occasional friction, but otherwise great. This was a great stay, although with a couple caveats as I will explain: Attention was dismal when we got there. We had to wait some time to finally check in, and they didn’t offer anything to expedite the process. On the bright side, they gave us our room at around noon, and didn’t make us wait until 3:00PM, the official check in time. After we were done, some 30 minutes later, I had to look for someone who would take my bag to the room. They had taken it into storage right when we arrived, but I had no clue as to the whereabouts of my bag. So I asked someone who I figured was a manager of sorts, and he said the bags would be there in some 10-15 munutes, to which I replied that I needed my bags right away. As if I had offended him, he pointed to the door where the bag handlers kept the bags and told me: “Go ahead!”, and immediately turned around and left. I had to take my bag to our room, but anyways. Later that day we tried to get indications and the generals of getting around, dining and so on. We returned to the lobby to ask for assistance, but no one was offering any help and we were asked to wait to request assistance. I don’t know if it’s limited personnel or limited training, but you could tell they were dealing with a lot at the moment. So, a couple minutes later we were helped by Vielka, who took the time to explain everything and turned out to be very professional and attentive.
