A really wonderful resort that offers a number of different activities for families with children as well as adults traveling on their own. fantastic location close to downtown Cancun other sightseeing and Isla Mujeres. great food options fantastic service. The beach and pools were wonderful. We would definitely recommend booking again.

The rooms are very spacious, convenient washer and dryer in the rooms with kitchen. Kids area and the pool was fun for all the kids. Easy access to the beach also!

Clean room, nice pools, white sand beach. Across the street from La Isla mall with shopping and restaurants. Negatives room AC was very cold and not easily regulated, safe did not work until staff repaired it, shower sometimes was luke warm. Property has time share offerings and gifts to listen to a presentation/sales pitch that we declined.

Just barely enough chairs for everyone in the hotel. I had to make a couple laps around at 2 pm just to find a single chair. They have other chairs that are further away from the pool, so you'll end up there if your late to the pool. Pool and area around it is very clean and well staffed.

We’ve stayed here twice now. This room way much better than the first, as it was ocean front. (Not ocean view-first was ocean view and we were on the side) The rooms are perfect! Staff is great! We like the sports bar best, Julio is wonderful waiter and the bartender was excellent! We like this location also, since you can walk across to the mall, restaurants, bars and the aquarium. The bus stop is close to go to Isla Mujeres ferry or anything else.
