The owner is very helpful and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful courtyard garden to relax outside the room. Rooms are immaculately clean.

Fantastic stay and value for money. Each room has its own character and private area. We stayed in the Limon room - I took so many pictures as if I ever build my own home I'd want to steal some ideas! My only observation (which wouldn't change my mind re staying again) was that it was a couple of streets further than ideal from the centre and not ideal to walk back too late. I would recommend this hotel for the unique and boutique hotel style.

The room was so lovely and spacious with a little kitchenette. The hosts were the most lively people. The location is good, close to the beach and avenue 5. One of the nicest places we have stayed in mexico!

This was a really cute place ideal to relax during the day at night there was a little noise from hostel rooftop next door but I really liked the big balcony and view of the pool

I really liked the place. Neighborhood was not that nice though. Mostly factories nearby, but very near the airport.

Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect.

This is a great place to stay. We loved the staff, the location, the view from the apartment. Peaceful, not over crowded, nice pool. Brilliant place would recommend and would stay again. Beach and ocean beautiful in this spot. Ideal.
