Cancun All inclusive Holidays

Everything was great with 2 minor hiccups, they convinced us to do the 90 minute timeshare sales pitch which turned into 4 hrs. And the evening buffet was closed which limited dinner.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, but does get a bit repetitive if staying more than a few days.

It was alright the resort lost power a couple times and our room was very warm , it was already hot to begin with the AC would not go down I assumed it was because the sliding door in our room was not sealed correctly or wouldn’t close from the opposite end there was a 2 inch gap that would stay shut told front desk nothing was done about it. Reservations where very hard to get given we were only there for 3 nights it didn’t give us enough time to get on the list apparently you need a few days to get reservations in advance the bar staff was excellent at the swim up the concierge when we arrived and gave us a small tour of the place was upset when we declined any of there “gifts” because we did not want to attend the however long breakfast or presentation that you have to attend to receive it as soon as I said no the final time after declined multiple offers he just walk away from us rudely but other than that it was alright

Our stay at Moon Palace Sunrise was fantastic! This hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service was provided thru all our stay with clean towels, sheets and refreshments. All staff we encountered were attentive and friendly. There are Several pools throughout the hotel and free shuttles to their sister hotels where you can also enjoy their amenities and restaurants. One of the pools is specifically for children under 7 with a couple of slides, I have a 3 and 4 year old who love the area. Restaurants have a variety of food to enjoy Some do require reservations but we were able to access. Entertainment staff give you plenty of activity options to enjoy. Hotel also has an arcade for kids with free access to games and a bounce house. Hotel has beach access but the water wasn’t so pleasant lots of seaweed. We did reserve an all inclusive which worked out great for us. Over all we had a great time!! Best part of our trip was to see our kids smiles and happiness. Would definitely come back.
