Nice hotel and very clean modern rooms. Nice to have a choice of pools. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out.
2 big let downs:
The inside bar ( if you can call it that) as it was literally chairs lined up in a corridor. I can see this being an issue in summer months as I can image most entertainment will be held on the stage at the middle level pool.
Another let down was the food. Whilst there was a good choice of salad items and the snack bar in the day was well stocked. The hot food items in the main restaurant were very mediocre. Often having to hunt around to piece a meal together. That being said some items were of decent quality. The biggest worry of the food is the lack of labelling. If you have allergies beware! All food is labeled wrong and doesn’t correspond to what is actually out. There was one night I asked what the meat was and was told chicken. It was actually beef. So it seems the staff are unsure of what they are serving.
All in all a decent stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.

The resort is nice, with a good option for activities. However, I found twice hair in the food once in pizza and 2nd time in the icecream, I had to chase the cleaning personal after the weekends to.get the bed and the towels changed even though I sign an agreement that I would like my room to be cleaned on a daily basis as I was with a toddler.Even after I spoke to.one on the cleaners they still.haven't cleaned up properly nor making the bed or wipeing the floor.Overall all is a good resort, but the cleanlines are not as they should be.If I wouldn't have this issues I would definetly come back.but after all I wont come back.due to.the poor cleaning lines.

The staff make this place. They are so accommodating and friendly. There are plenty of options at meal times and always free tables for the help yourself buffet, which, unfortunately some people help themselves to just a little too much!
The all inclusive drinks are fairly standard but the cocktails taste like bad fortified wine so I would avoid. If you like evening entertainment then you will not be disappointed. If you don’t, there’s nowhere to escape except your room with a set of ear plugs. The TV only has Sky News but plenty of channels in German as well as Spanish. So take your own entertainment.
Around the pool it can be windy, but it’s warm in March. There are the obligatory pool aerobics to avoid but they’re not too pushy. The Spa is tired but a nice quiet break away from others. The staff make up for any of the downsides to this place though.

Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient
Could be improved:
Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it
Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy
Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data
Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use
No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar
