It’s a clean and nice hotel, the only thing we didn’t like a lot was the food options, we traveled with a 3 year old kid and it didn’t have a lot options for him to eat, also you need to know their food schedule cause each restaurant has a different one so that’s kinda weird if you order room service it costs 100mxn pesos around 5.50 usd just be aware of that, the kid loved the little kids area with the waterslides, the snacks by the pool are amazing but once again not to many options, the staff is amazing they helped us with all our needs

This resort is for the older crowd. Although you're able to go to the other resorts, if you're looking to party this is not the resort. I would say 45+. The food is okay. The only place that was good to eat was the steakhouse on the main resort Royal Solaris. The room was spacious and clean. Very clean actually. The commute is about 30 minutes from all main attractions. Front Fesk staff was very nice. Please ensure when booking transportation you triple check and call prior to arrival. They did not pick us up from the airport.

Rooms very clean - staff was nice / but when you are dealing with check in staff things kept falling through- 🙄 / food was nasty ! Nothing was good! You can only eat so much pizza , sushi , cheeseburgers in 7 days . I have stayed in all sister hotels and I can say I will NEVER STAY AGAIN ! It’s sad to say when you have people who pay for memberships can’t wait for them to expire to get out !

Property was really nice. We enjoyed our stay! The only negatives we experienced is some of the restaurants being closed and the hot elevators without any ventilation.

I wish I had understood what this resort actually was before booking. We left early, paid for another resort AND transportation because the experience was so different from what was advertised. My biggest warning: DO NOT book expecting a traditional Caribbean beachfront vacation. Expedia advertises this property as “On private beach” and having a “private beach,” which was a major reason we booked. What we found was an enclosed cove/lagoon-like swimming area, NOT direct open-ocean beach access. Had this been accurately disclosed, we NEVER would have booked. The property was extremely difficult to navigate with children and a stroller, requiring us to repeatedly lift and carry it. The all-inclusive dining experience was also disappointing. At 9:30 p.m., my wife tried to bring pizza back for our tired children and was told she couldn't unless we PAID for room service. She had to get our children out of bed so they could eat. We spent HOURS with Expedia and the front desk trying to resolve this. Our ROOM was never the problem, yet they repeatedly offered room changes/upgrades instead of addressing our actual complaints. Eventually, we stopped wasting our vacation fighting for a solution, booked another resort ourselves, and left. If you want direct Caribbean beach access, good food/drinks, accessibility with young children, and attentive hospitality, LOOK ELSEWHERE. We will NOT return.

Very well-known resort and very-well situated at Cabo’s marina, adjacent to downtown. Also, just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Nice rooms with pool and marina views. Very attentive and very friendly staff.
