An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

Fue una experiencia muy buena y agradable estar en el hotel desde que llegamos nos recibieron con nuestros apellidos en la entrada del hotel Nos dieron un Upgrade de la habitación nos dieron la vista al mar por ser nuestro aniversario una botella de champaña la habitación estaba linda una hermosa vista el personal muy atentos la comida bastante buena las piscinas a mi me gustó todo del hotel lo recomiendo mucho Nos hicieron masaje muy buenos también súper recomendado Y la recepcionista una persona muy linda amable yo recomiendo el hotel GR Solaris

We really enjoyed our stay, especially our swim-up pool room. The view from our room was beautiful, and having direct access to the pool right from our room was definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay. The nightly entertainment was also a lot of fun. We especially enjoyed the Latin show and the circus show—they were both entertaining and added a nice touch to the overall experience. One thing I would have liked to see more of was Mexican food at the hotel. Since we were in Mexico, I was hoping there would be a larger variety of authentic Mexican dishes available. We also tried the room service, but unfortunately, we weren’t impressed with the quality of the food. That said, we really enjoyed the food at the hotel’s restaurants, which was much better overall. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the room, pool, and entertainment. With a little more variety and improvement in the food options, especially room service and Mexican cuisine, the experience would have been even better.

We had a wonderful stay at GR Solaris Cancun! One of the things that stood out to us the most was how clean and well-maintained the entire resort was. The bathrooms throughout the resort were exceptionally clean and were constantly being checked and maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was willing to assist and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurants were also nice, clean, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the variety of food options available. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff—they did a fantastic job! Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and they kept our refrigerator stocked, which was such a nice convenience. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at GR Solaris Cancun. Best place to stay in in Cancun

We have been coming to this property for 10yrs. The pool needs some TLC as tiles would pop off.
