⭐️⭐️ 2/5 — Very Disappointing Experience at Hard Rock Punta Cana I came to Hard Rock Punta Cana with my family expecting a great vacation, especially because we had a large group and multiple rooms booked. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to what I expected from a resort of this price and reputation. One of my biggest issues was the customer service and lack of attention to the rooms. During our stay, my room was not properly restocked. The refrigerator was not consistently restocked, and other items that were supposed to come with the room were not replaced either. When you are paying this much for an all-inclusive resort, you should not have to constantly ask for basic things that are supposed to be included. There were also issues with the room rate and room upgrade. My family had multiple rooms, and everyone else was paying the same rate while my room was charged differently. I asked if they could adjust my price because I found a lower rate through Expedia, but they refused to match it. I was also told when booking directly with Hard Rock that my room would be changed to a larger room, but that never happened. Another major disappointment was the resort credit. We were supposed to receive some type of credit to use at the resort, but I was not properly informed about the limitations. Nice property

We went there for our honeymoon and booked the honeymoon suite. Nothing listed from the description of the room from their website was included, not even the banner for the door saying "It's our Honeymoon ". We booked a romantic dinner for two on the beach and was told it would only be the two of us. That was a lie, there were other couples having the same dinner just 5 feet from us. Not romantic at all. 1.5 hours in to the dinner & no food served. Terrible!!! The food was horrible in all the restaurants at the resort. The help staff was very friendly & helpful. The resort only cares about your money, not your experience. They never once apologized for anything. They completely ruined our honeymoon. A terrible experience!!!

This was our 2nd stay at the resort, 1st for a wedding and this trip to celebrate an 80th Birthday. Everything was amazing and our butler Leonel was "GREAT" very responsive to anything we asked or requested. We will definitely be back.
