"Wonderful customer service!!! If you’re looking to relax- this is the place to be! The only downside is you need to take a taxi to go to the beach and taxis are not the most budget friendly in Tulum. Other places near hotel with a doable short walk when it’s not too hot ir raining."

"Staff is so friendly. Everyone was so courteous and check out isnt until 12pm which is a benefit, they arranged a driver for us as well to pick us up from the airport. I will definitely be back. The room was also beautiful and spacious, came with its own pool. We only stayed one night. The food at their restaurant was also very delicious we ate there for dinner and breakfast and they have HOOKAH. "
