"Went during April 2024 for our friend’s bachelorette, absolutely loved our stay here. First we were greeted by Javier who helped us familiarize ourselves with the resort. He was so kind and even helped set up surprises for our friend during our stay here! She absolutely loved it and was a great experience for her. Big shout out to Luis and Ivan at the Gravity Bar, they were just immaculate, amazing. We love the vibes they gave out and they were so welcoming and friendly and we had to go back there just for them on our last day. Also Carlos the butler at the family selection pool was so great. He was so caring and friendly, and just made our day. I recommend this place for sure, you will have a blast here. "

"This place was amazing. From check in, to food, to the view, the activities, the staff. The only two things that weren’t my favorite was the mattress we slept on was not comfortable and this sounds silly but the drinks were sooo strong it was hard to want to drink them. "
