"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and clean. Fresh towels are available everywhere, and the pools were especially clean with noticeably good water quality. The Kids Club was a huge plus, although activities can become repetitive during a week-long stay, and on some days it closes around 5 pm. The arcade was another favorite for my kids. It is mainly for teenagers but has family hours (1–2 pm and 6–7:30 pm); we just wished there were more family times. There are some great activities such as salsa making and art classes, but spaces are very limited (often around 15 people), so you need to find the entertainment team early to sign up. Scheduled activities also didn’t always start on time. We enjoyed the evening shows and music, although we would have liked a little more variety. Food was decent, with a buffet for all three meals, pizza/burgers at lunch, and specialty restaurants in the evening that require reservations. Bars are everywhere, and there are shops/pharmacy on site, although prices are typical resort prices. The spa is extra. We visited at the end of August, so it was very hot, but the AC indoors and in our room worked perfectly. Overall, a very enjoyable family stay with just a few areas that could be improved."

"This resort had a lot of things we really enjoyed but also had some cons to it. Waterslides: they were great! The only negative was the amount of floats available. We counted them when the park closed and they have 10 tubes per slide. You don’t wait long for the tubes but you do have to wait a few minutes for riders to give you their tube. The lazy river was nice too except for the lack of rafts as well. We usually didn’t use one because you would have to wait until people returned one to use one. The restaurants for dinner were great. The food was all good and the staff were excellent! The buffet was not great. Often for breakfast they ran out of simple things like pancakes and bacon. When we would ask if they were bringing some more out they would say in 10 minutes. However, more often than not it didn’t come. We saw staff and guests touching food without gloves. The shows at night were entertaining. We enjoyed them. The beach was not nice because of the Sargasso but not much can be done about that. Overall, it was a great vacation!"

"My husband and I Booked the jacuzzi terrace room , we weren’t able to use the outside jacuzzi nor the indoor jacuzzi because both were old and rusted. I even asked housekeeping to clean it and it still didn’t look decent enough to get it. It wasn’t All adults , kids are allowed in all parts. The room service food is minimum and wasn’t to good. Food wasn’t to good , lunch time at the buffet and a sports bar had good food but two of the food trucks didn’t have food and weren’t open. It’s was a beautiful resort but restaurants close at 11pm .. room service isn’t good at all. Liquor is all you can drink ."

The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking—elegant, luxurious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was immaculate, spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a true luxury experience. The staff deserves special recognition. Everyone we encountered was gracious, attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. They consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their warmth and hospitality truly elevated our entire vacation. And the food was phenomenal! The quality, presentation, variety, and flavors exceeded our expectations. From breakfast to dinner, every meal felt like an experience of its own. The restaurants were beautiful, the service was impeccable, and we were continuously impressed by the culinary offerings throughout the resort. What stood out most was the resort’s commitment to making guests feel completely pampered and cared for. "This resort was simply divine! We traveled with 2 kids, 5 & 8 and they had such a blast here. It’s 3 resorts in 1 so you have access to the entire property during your stay. We stayed at Ventus Ha but also visited the Ventus marina and other Ventus resort. Rooms were spacious and accommodated our family of 4 with plenty of space. Breakfast at the buffet was great but we truly enjoyed the lunch buffet daily! The food was flavorful and lots of healthy choices if you are on a healthy journey. Our son loved the cliff jump over at marina and our daughter enjoyed"
