One annoying issue, however, there was a strong mold smell in our room, likely affecting many casitas’ bottom floor units (we tried two). May try a top floor room next time"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt the staff was very helpful & respectful everything was wonderful. They could use another smoking area they only had one & it was only 2 sitting benches which made it hard for all the smokers that was at resort. That's just a smokers point of view besides that our trip was absolutely wonderful."
