No Mexican dancers or mariachi bands at night. Diva show, Michael Jackson show and Karaoke were disappointing. So much better talent in Mexico. "

All customer staff are polite and welcoming, Sign in process is quick and you immediately have a refreshment as you are signing in. "The animals on property were a big hit for our adult children and ourselves! The dining options were awesome (esp Japonese!) We loved every staff and wish we could have stayed! We were there during a time of high sargassum and this was not even an issue as we had so much to do on property. The
