"We love the Barcelo Palace. This was our 2nd time booking to stay at the Palace. Upon check-in, we were told that our rooms were upgraded to the Riviera Adults Only resort. We were a little disappointed since we really enjoyed the Palace a few years ago. However, the Palace was very busy this week, and the Riviera was not nearly as crowded. It's a little more chill and low-key, but we really enjoyed it. The restaurants were amazing and it wasn't hard to make reservations. The bed was the largest King bed we'd ever seen. Overall, a wonderful week."

"The staff were all amazing! Very friendly, accommodating, and made you feel like family! The food options were all fantastic! It was a great mix of relaxation and lots of entertainment! The day time activities at the main pool were all engaging and entertaining while still allowing a good atmosphere to relax in. There was a show every evening as well to finish the night off after a delicious dinner! The whole place was clean they did a great job of keeping up with the maintenance. We would absolutely love to come back!"

"The all fun inclusive is a must for those that want to enjoy without worries of transportation, food or park costs. Huge, clean, and beautiful property. I loved that the room came with daily complimentary water, drinks ( sodas, juice, beer), snacks and free room service. Staff was so friendly, patient and genuine. Already planning our next Xcaret stay. "
