The Dynasty Bali Resort is a great place for families on holiday but less appropriate for people wanting a child free environment. View was amazing. Staff was even better. However had a constant water leak in ceiling that caused a major problems. Construction wise, it left nothing to the imagination. Elevators only work for short periods of time. Nothing was 24hrs. Even room service was spotty. Over 2hrs for delivery. Was told ...

The shows were great that they had each night, water slides were fun for the kids. Judy & Samantha were amazing to deal with and book the on resort restaurants, book excursions and helpful with any inquiries. The beach was beautiful, there were chairs and beds, easy to watch the kids and relax.

This property is clearly outdated. It charges similar price as nearby high rise hotel. Clearly it needs renovations.
