"Wonderful property, great location to downtown Playa del Carmen, vast assortment of foods all with excellent quality. In room full size bar...staff that is quick, helpful and always smiling! Lovely evening shows!! Bravo!! Especially for the price in comparison to other properties next door. Only downfall was, we wished the ac got cooler...it said 18c (65f) but felt more like 72f Definitely will revisit!"

"Excellent resort. Beautiful beach, great pools, the food and drinks were delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were super comfortable and the grounds were meticulous. It would have been nice if the coffee machine in the restaurant by the beach had been turned on and pastries or something available before 7am for us early risers."

"The place was very well organized and laid out, comfortable, calm, tasteful and had everything without seeming overdone or tacky. The spaces were well set in nature which made it so calming and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were constantly cleaning and organizing the property. The place is also very respectful of the environment, as far as all-inclusives go. I was impressed with the minimal but very comfortable amenities in rooms, the use of reuseable items, towel and laundering protocols, timed lights and water faucets and beach care. It also avoided the various levels of exclusivity, access or inclusiveness. Everything was straightforward and everyone had access to everything, for the most part. It all felt simple and comfortable."

"Loved the beautiful entry at check-in, loved the jungle with animals, loved the cleanliness of the pools and chairs, loved the well kept up beach. Food was delicious and on point. Entertainment was fantastic."

"Nos gustó mucho el hotel, la comida, las bebidas, jugos hechos al momento con frutas y verduras frescas. El servicio excelente Ruth y otras chicas mantenian el cuarto limpio y atentas a lo que necesitabamos, todos los días rellenan el bar y los snacks de las habitaciones., los meseros Brian y Manuel bartender nos dieron un excelente servicio , no recuerdo el nombre de los demás., y en el entretenimiento Eric se ganó nuestras risas de verdad que es muy bueno. "The hotel staff were extremely nice. Unfortunately the bed sheets, towels and shower curtains were stained and worn out. The shower was dirty. Breakfast wasn’t the best either. "
