He was very attentive and made sure that we received the attention we came to expect from your hotel. If fact, he visited us at the Italian restaurant and the Steak House just to check in on us."

"The Riu was fabulous! The resort was super nice and the staff was also. The “adults only” was great- no kids crying, running, splashing in the pool. The evening entertainment was great. I wish they would advertise the events better- time, place and what to expect. We missed out on the first couple of nights because we didn’t know about them. There is themes to the days of the week and that would be good to know when packing for the trip too."
