We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool service is slow, the staff is wonderful and very nice, the resort is very clean, and the food is excellent. Great location with massages on the beach (Medano Massage $59 for 60 mins or $69 for 90), next to Medano beach (swimming beach), and The Office (excellent food and killer location). I’ve been going to Cabo for 23 years and stayed at lots of resorts. My wife and I stayed here last year for her bday and came back again. It’s a chill resort, not crowded, easy to get pool seating, etc. Very relaxing which is why we stayed there. There are plenty of other resorts to choose if you want more action. I recommend the resort, just keep in mind the pool service is slow (but servers are friendly). And, I’m an excellent tipper so that was not the issue :)

Property location was excellent. Staff was always helpful. There were some room problems. Hot water was not hot. Was tepid and well it was so hot so I just put up with it. But then found water on floor from AC on a Wednesday. Told cleaning lady. Stopped leaking on Thursday. So thought things were ok. But Thursday night AC was not working right. Had to put fan on.Fri morning our last day decided to turn AC off thinking maybe it was frozen. Was at the pool most of the day. Came back and turned it back. Seemed to work better that night. We checked out Saturday morning early (5:30 am or so). Had an early flight. All good. Just some inconveniences.
