I thoroughly enjoyed this property. This was a couples trip and it was unforgettable. The pool, restaurants, and rooms were great. My only issue was the length of time it takes to receive room service.

Absolutely loved our stay! One of the most beautiful and clean properties I’ve ever stayed at. Tons to do but also low key, and relaxing. The food was also top tier, and that says a lot for most all-inclusive resorts. We will definitely be coming back.

Staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and helpful except one gentleman-Franco. I would avoid making any excursions or deals with this man because he didn’t follow through with what he promised. He bombarded us upon arrival and promised us high end tequila and transportation etc and we did not receive. But besides this we had a wonderful time. Pool staff were very accommodating. Juan and Reberto go out of their way for whatever you want or need. Definitely recommend this resort but avoid Franco

The staff were very friendly and the resort was very clean and well maintained. We visited all the restaurants and the food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet and Pitahayas. The food was very flavourful and well prepared. One of our favourite bartenders was Ivan, he did an amazing job and also lead a tequila tasting activity during the week. He was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly and shared his culture with us. We can’t wait to return one day!

Everything I loved, except the noise from the other guest room. Plus, I wasn't interested in buying timeshare packages. I let that person know I wasn't there to buy, but to rest, and he was insisting a little too much. But in general, the food, the staff, the amenities, and the entertainment, I will always recommend the hotel

We booked Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos very last minute and were pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was and how reasonable the rates were. We spent a few days at the resort and had a great overall experience. The staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and consistently provided great customer service throughout our stay. One of our favorite spots was Tortugas Beach Bar. The food was excellent, and the ceviche was definitely a highlight and probably our favorite thing we ate while there! The only thing to keep in mind is that housekeeping tends to come a little later in the day, so if you enjoy heading back to your room for a midday nap or some downtime, you may want to plan around that. Overall, Hacienda Del Mar was a great last-minute find with beautiful surroundings, good food, excellent service, and great value. We would definitely consider staying again!

I highly recommend this resort. The customer service was fantastic, the food is amazing, De Cortez is well worth it and the property is very clean and scenic. The layout is chaos but that’s the fun part. Walk around everywhere. It’s fun because it’s unique. You will not see many places like this.

My wife and I had a relaxing vacation at Hacienda del Mar. This is secluded from Cabo San Lucas and about a 15 minute taxi drive to downtown. This used to be a Sheraton property so many of the taxi drivers knew it as the Sheraton. We found the food and hospitality to be excellent. The only thing that left a bad taste in our mouth was immediately upon check-in we were shuffled over to a desk where a sales person wanted to give us 'free trips and massages' to sit in on a sales presentation. We had been up since 3 AM and the person wouldn't let us leave without committing $50 cash (refundable) and accepting a breakfast/sales pitch invitation in exchange for a dinner cruise and massage. We were exhausted from early wake up and travel. We just wanted to get to our room and get some food.
