I traveled with my puppy, Maximo, and by the end of the first day, all the staff knew his name — such a warm and personal touch. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The on-site restaurants are fantastic, and our bartender, David, was exceptional — his service was top-notch, and his drinks were even better! The beachfront was wonderful, with attentive attendants making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is also within walking distance of great restaurants and plenty of nightlife, making the location perfect.
