"The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the pool service is slow, the staff is wonderful and very nice, the resort is very clean, and the food is excellent. Great location with massages on the beach (Medano Massage $59 for 60 mins or $69 for 90), next to Medano beach (swimming beach), and The Office (excellent food and killer location). I’ve been going to Cabo for 23 years and stayed at lots of resorts. My wife and I stayed here last year for her bday and came back again. It’s a chill resort, not crowded, easy to get pool seating, etc. Very relaxing which is why we stayed there. There are plenty of other resorts to choose if you want more action. I recommend the resort, just keep in mind the pool service is slow (but servers are friendly). And, I’m an excellent tipper so that was not the issue :)"

"The staff was excellent. The view from the Elite Club rooms is amazing. Entertainment was great some nights and not good on the nights that the sister hotel was having a theme party. The Elite club bars had excellent drinks. Other bars seemed to only have lower end alcohol. The A la carte restaurants only serve beer and wine for alcohol - no hard liquor. The rooms were spacious and clean."

"I give this place a 9/10. The rooms were very clean. The pool bar had great options, and the dinner restaurants were great in our opinion. The breakfast buffet was always busy, but it was worth the wait just to eat with that great view of the ocean. I recommend getting there before 9 AM. The staff is always a highlight because they do everything they can to make you feel welcome. The only downside was that access to the beach was closed. You had to take a 25-minute walk and go through a pretty sketchy lot. We would drive there since we rented a car, and it was 60 pesos every time."

"Our family of four had an amazing time! I would highly recommend this place. We have been to many high end resorts in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen and this place was nicer than the others. It has a perfect swimmable beach right from the resort. We went on the jet skis twice which was awesome! It was close to all the restaurants and was super convenient. The hosts instructions were very clear and the transportation he recommended was a great guy who stopped at the grocery store for us. Loved it!"

"Everything was PERFECT from the moment we stepped into the villa! Johana was waiting for us with margaritas and freshly made guacamole and pico de gallo! Johana was so helpful throughout the week! The accommodations were above and beyond what we expected. Esther, the housekeeper, was there three times and again went above and beyond ensuring the villa was spotless! The owner, Stacey, was very responsive and ensures she has the best staff. Also, Angel at the front desk outside was wonderful, kind and so helpful! I would DEFINITELY stay in this resort and in particular this villa!! Thank you for a wonderful week. "
