"Want to start off my saying the staff at this resort is top notch .. everyone was very friendly , most would remember your name . Pool - older but never had to fight for a chair , clean .entertainment staff was energetic , hospitable and amazing .. top mentions to Carlos , Carmen , Norma but all were great ! Room - LOVED my marina view which I didn’t think I would enjoy versus ocean but it was incredible .,the first resort the AC was almost Too cold . Food - well done for AI .. the servers in the restaurant all hustled their butts off to make each meal perfect . Food was good with many options . I just wish churros were available everyday !! Suggestions - please invest in updating the fitness center .. much , much too small- any more than 4 people and were tripping over each other and dumbells were always in use and it was busy everyday .. make the facility twice as big , two complete dumbbell racks are needed along with new machines . ( leg machine and cables were the only updated pieces ) Also a night time or really early snack shack would be great for grabbing something before breakfast opens at 7 for catching early flights or those who wake up really early .. "

"Always love staying here. This time it was a girl’s trip. From when we first arrived to our very last minute we felt welcomed and well taken care of. I don’t have anything negative to say about our trip at Breathless. I love the marina views from the rooms, love the ocean view from the party pool. Breathless also did a wonderful job for St. Patricks day. They had green drinks, amazingly themed desserts at the live music dinner, and a really talented and fun themed party at the pool. Shout out to a couple of employees. Marcelino was so great at the door when we arrived and brought our luggage to our room. He was so friendly. One morning when I returned from a run he came out the front door with a bottled water for me. Also Franco at the pool took great care of us. His service was always on point. Our favorite place to eat was Bites. Great service and great food. You can’t beat the location of Breathless. You can walk to anything in the Marina, and you can also walk the beach down to The Office and Sandbar. Will definitely stay again, in fact, already booked our next trip for July."

"Booked this property through Expedia 1 year ago.Had planned this family holiday around an extended holiday in Cabo for my husband and I. I booked 1 week before and 2 consecutive weeks after around the Marina area due to map on Expedia pinning the villa near Divorce Beach. We discovered the true location of the villa the day before our family arrived. Not near the Marina, Medano Beach,nor a 1 minute walk to the private beach.The Marina location and beach com. beach was of importance to our family due to 3 children under 6\. Cabo Bello location is a good 10 minute drive to the Marina area, or an hour/half walk to Medano beach.You do need a car. The beach access for the property is a long walk for little ones and it is NOT swimmable for small children. Beach is very rough. There are grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants near Cabo Bello community. Be very careful crossing the highway though to get to the Fresco Market.The photos of the villa were accurate.The large open concept main floor worked out fantastic for our large group of 17.The kitchen was massive and very well stocked with anything that we needed. Inside cupboards and drawers were spotless. The appliances were clean. Pool area was wonderful. Lots of chairs. Beautiful large home, unfortunately lacking in regular maintenance.The team did address issues in a timely manner. The longer we stayed the more maintenance issues we discovered. Information on Exp. and Vrbo sites is conflicting. 7 star rating. "
