"The location, view and staff were wonderful. However our 2 br executive suite was a disappointment. The room was very dated. TV’s hung crooked, floor lamp taped up with one of the bulbs out. Dirty sock under the couch. Only 2 small uncomfortable chairs on the balcony. For the price I expected more. The staff was very helpful however and addressed our concerns as much as possible, straightening tv’s, bringing 2 more comfortable chairs for balcony etc. Overall the hotel is fine. Be aware however if you want to use the nicest pool on the roof there is a $50pp charge. The location was great easily accessible to the Marina and downtown. When you check in you will be offered a free breakfast with some other amenities in exchange for listening to a 90 min sales presentation. The presentation is not 90 min and is a hard sale. I would avoid that unless you are truly interested in buying into the property."

"The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The culinary offerings were of high quality, and the premises were well maintained. However, the rooms could benefit from an upgrade, and the hotel could enhance its offerings for children. Notably, the pool’s depth poses a risk to children under four feet, and the beach, while aesthetically pleasing, may not be the most suitable destination for young children. The spa provided a relaxing experience. It is advisable to schedule tours directly with the hotel staff to ensure a more seamless and secure experience. The sole issue we encountered was related to our package, which included transportation. Unfortunately, the service provided was subpar. Upon our arrival at the airport, it proved challenging to locate the transportation service, and the day we were returning the driver was delayed by approximately forty minutes. "

"Want to start off my saying the staff at this resort is top notch .. everyone was very friendly , most would remember your name . Pool - older but never had to fight for a chair , clean .entertainment staff was energetic , hospitable and amazing .. top mentions to Carlos , Carmen , Norma but all were great ! Room - LOVED my marina view which I didn’t think I would enjoy versus ocean but it was incredible .,the first resort the AC was almost Too cold . Food - well done for AI .. the servers in the restaurant all hustled their butts off to make each meal perfect . Food was good with many options . I just wish churros were available everyday !! Suggestions - please invest in updating the fitness center .. much , much too small- any more than 4 people and were tripping over each other and dumbells were always in use and it was busy everyday .. make the facility twice as big , two complete dumbbell racks are needed along with new machines . ( leg machine and cables were the only updated pieces ) Also a night time or really early snack shack would be great for grabbing something before breakfast opens at 7 for catching early flights or those who wake up really early .. "
