"It was a beautiful hotel, good size rooms and very clean, too small gym, not many options for fitness, the spa is good. Entrance experience (lobby) not to good, and comments from some staff members are not welcoming. Restaurants good but service is slow. Some empty spaces and not willing to open service for those areas. Pool areas are nice and good service. Many lifeguards around. And the concierge experience is very personal and are very helpful if need something for your stay or restaurant reservation. "

"We stayed at this property for my bachelorette party with 12 friends, the photos do not do this place justice, house was absolutely gorgeous and there were plenty of sleeping spaces with very spacious rooms. The property manager and his team were awesome helping with anything we needed and communicating with us very efficiently. I would say this house may not be the best for you if you are wanting to go out in downtown many nights of your trip - shuttles were very expensive, about 240 usd round trip and the resort being so private makes it very difficult to call any other ride services or taxis to the house. Our property manager helped us schedule all of our shuttle needs but we did run into 2 times where we got overcharged. I would say this house is perfect for a large group looking to golf or hang by the pool at the house. Another bummer of the house is having to pay extra money for the heated pool every day. "

"Property concierge and resort concierge went out of thier way to make the experience great. House is amazing and better the photos. Pool was used daily as well as walking down to par 3 course and putting green. Food within the resort was top notch!"

"Great accommodations. We had 10 Adults. Owner was great to work with as well as his onsite agent. The big hot-tub on the roof was not operational but there was a small 2 person hot tub on the deck. It would have been a plus if the rooftop hot tub was working. Beautiful rooftop deck. "

"The home was beautiful and perfect for our 2 couples and a 3 year old. The lagoon kids club beach was perfect for our grandson. The beach staff were very attentive and friendly. Actually everyone in the Diamante property were very friendly. We were very well taken care of."
