I felt like I was inside the titanic, the inside of this hotel is so beautiful, the glass ceiling with its colorful pane window glass is amazing! Not to mention you are literally steps away from the zocalo like 20 steps and I’m not lying, My window view every morning and night was all of the historic churches and zocalo, couldn’t have it any other way, breakfast at the rooftop every morning buffet style all you can eat and drink included in my package was a big plus, if I ever get the opportunity to visit Mexico City again I will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, especially because it’s so close to the Zócalo, making it very convenient to explore the area. Adrián Salcedo at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. We arrived early, but the hotel allowed us to enjoy their waiting area while we waited for our room. They had complimentary snacks, coffee, sodas, and bottled water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hospitality and attention to detail really made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was beautiful, the room and lobby. The bell boys provide excellent service. The only thing I felt was not great were their treats in the game room. They were a bit stale or days old. Also, their towels n bathrobes were not soft but very rough. You would think in luxury hotel it would all be newer n soft. Other than that everything was great!
