Staff couldn't be friendlier and the beachfront rooms are fantastic.

We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon. We had room 16, and it was the best room in the hotel in my opinion. Room 20 has a better view of the beach, but 16 was more private. I would highly recommend starting your trip off with a trip to the spa. It instantly puts you into that Tulum state of mind, and the services were amazing. There is currently construction on either side of the hotel, but we barely even notice it. Yes, a few hammers here and there when you were in your room but you do not hear a thing when you were on the beach. We were also informed beforehand and the hotel made sure that our stay was perfect. The food and service was amazing. Free room service delivery was a nice touch -- there was no guilt about ordering beers to your room in the afternoon. All in all, we have already recommended this hotel to all our friends!

Perfect for a getaway with family or friends. Beautiful beach and outdoor restaurant/lounge area. The rooms are simple but they have everything you need. You probably won't be spending much time indoors here anyway.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff was very accommodating . Food was great!! Only complaint is with the mattress needed some updating.
