Not "All Inclusive". Only two restaurants open per day, and you had to make reservations by 2 pm. Well, we arrived after 2 and had no where to eat because everything was full. Resturants were full days before.
The app does not We were turned away from restaurants on many occasions. They offered room service at a $10.00 surcharge.
Facilities were well maintained, however the pool closed at 6 PM and the beach closed at 8 PM, so there was nothing to do on the resort besides going to the Sports Bar that was open until 12. The bar was small and could not accommodate everyone.
They were basically running a skeleton crew. I felt bad because it was the same 15-20 people running around each day doing different jobs.
I know that it takes a lot to run a large resort. I get it. However, the people who pay over $2400 and stay for 8 days should be accommodated much better -- as we are the ones who are keeping these places open.
We stayed with a large group >24 people. Everyone in our group experienced the same issues.
Overall, (especially for the money paid for our entire group) I felt that we should have had a better experience.
