"Aquino was our concierge and helped with everything we needed. The buffet food was limited but quite good. It wasn't difficult to find something to enjoy with each meal. The 'bar' food by the pools was as good as any I've ever had. Coktel de pulpo was the best. The resort mostly caters to older guests but the kids club was superior to any other resort I have been to. Kids club staff was top notch. I am terrible with names but couldn't forget beautiful Fernanda. She was a hostess at the buffet...

"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "
