Nice resort some of the restaurants were warm and the wait staff was sweating. Entertainment staff did a good job with the pool activities. VIP lounge was very nice and Marcela made some awesome cocktails. In the Sushi restaurant Carlos, our waiter, was very attentive and had great recommendations.

This was our first time in Mexico and Devossion definitely made our stay a memorable one! The staff here are extremely extremely kind and helpful. Our room was regularly cleaned and maintained at least twice a day which really surprised us and it honestly felt really good to come back to a clean room after sweating our butts off all day. The food was absolutely delicious and cannot compare to anywhere else we’ve been to. Definitely, a quieter resort more for relaxation which is what we loved about being here. I’m already planning on returning on my next trip back to Mexico.

The staff were very welcoming and amazing. They were very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was breathtaking. Very beautiful & very clean. Housekeeping was amazing if we needed something they would get it done right away. I was blown away. I will definitely come back with my family. We had a really excellent time at Devossion. All of the staff are highly trained, very friendly, perfect English, and super welcoming. The food was consistently excellent, nothing at all was disappointing. The resort is well maintained, very clean. Rooms could be a bit bigger, but we got an inexpensive room and it was perfectly comfortable. I'm really impressed. I truly have nothing but good things to say about the resort.
