"I've stayed at six different all-inclusive resorts, this was unfortunately my least favorite. The resort seemed understaffed, especially at the buffet, where we often waited 10 minutes or more just to receive drinks. While the staff worked long hours and appeared overwhelmed, the service experience was inconsistent, and some bartenders seemed frustrated when taking drink orders. The hotel would benefit from hiring more staff. The entertainment was very repetitive, consisting mainly of beach volleyball, pool volleyball, and similar activities each day. The entertainment team also lacked the energy and enthusiasm I've experienced at other resorts. The pools could have been maintained better. My son actually cut his toe while swimming, which was concerning. Dining options were limited, with the buffet being the primary choice during the day. There were two additional restaurants, but they were only available by reservation in the evenings. One highlight was the late-night taco stand, which we really enjoyed. On the positive side, the resort was small and never felt crowded. Because tourism was low due to the sargassum, we often had the pool almost entirely to ourselves during our seven-night stay. The resort did not meet the expectations we had based on our experiences at other all-inclusive properties."

"Our biggest disappointment was the food. Between the lack of variety, no flavor, and then the weird mystery meats (that snack bar hamburger was NOT a hamburger) we were not excited to eat there by day 2. The night we booked one of the restaurants was better, but that didn’t solve the problem the rest of the day. They make you use an app for everything but the WiFi is horrible with the block walls and the activities were not accurate. They tried to tell us we were looking at the wrong resort- we weren’t. They only give you 2 room keys for 4 people and if you lose one it’s an extra 5 bucks. If you lose your bracelet- 10 bucks. The shower head is at about 5’10” height. I fit fine but my husband poked is eye on the corner of it twice. The toilet ran non-stop. The seaweed was not cleared as advertised. The drinks and food around the pool were not cleaned up as often as they needed to be which led to spills and ants. The excursions were good and the animals around the resort were cool. The massages at the spa were good but the pedicure was sub-par. I left with a bad paint job and not fully cured gel polish that I didn’t realize until we got home. The drinks were not good. They didn’t speak English much so you were lucky if you got what you ordered, especially at the pool bar. My son asked for 3 ice waters and got tropical juice?? The bell hops called us a taxi and laughed as they watched my tall husband fold himself into it instead of getting a bigger one. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN."

"The resort was beautiful with the beach just steps away. The room we were assigned was too hot for an American. The air conditioner barely worked and kept the room around 80°. Once we were moved to a new room in a different building things greatly improved. The staff was great when it came to giving us a fan to make it through the night and then moving our re-packed bags while we’re on an adventure in Tulum. I do suggest they get new AC units in the buildings that have issues. Otherwise, the restaurants, bars, pools, rooms, staff, beach, and amenities were amazing!"
