All the stuff working in this hotel are amazing they help me to all my needs, the hotel it self is okay you got what you pay for. Its a bit outdated but the location is great. Housekeeping is available everyday it just the house keeping attendant don’t clean very well thats my only concern. Other than that great people and good hotel for its price.

Always a quiet and relaxing experience at pasión. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I have no reason to try something else… Saturday night might get a bit rowdy with the music but hey that’s part of playa.. also, heater broke but I didn’t care for hot water anyways.. they were working on it but then I left.. cheers and I’ll be back

Amazing, friendly, always smiling staff and a charming property in the centre of town but with a peaceful, shaded, plant-filled garden and three pools. Room was well furnished if a little rough around the edges in finish, but given the price this is not a complaint at all (it did however have A/C and a fridge). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. A lovely relaxing stay and far better than being on 5th Avenue

I had a wonderful day. The location was amazing. Everything went walking distance through were very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. around this time it would help if there was a working spa to be able to enjoy the beautiful rooftop.
