"Everyone was very friendly & welcoming with big smiles. The staff was ready to help with anything we asked for & greeted us as we passed by. The whole property was sparkling clean!!! The cabana’s we used came with ice buckets of water, towels & a personal attendant. The entertainment was fun. The massages were the best!!! This is our 2nd time there & we are planning to go back. "This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. He was not patient at all in hearing our concern about the amount due. However, the actual reception rep helping us was very patient and very helpful. The
