The place is very clean and updated. The staff is very courteous and constantly cleaning and maintaining the place. The pool is very nice and relaxing with an adults only section. The resort is all suites style either ocean view or oceanfront, which was great. Rooms are spacious and modernized. They also have a game room, which was a nice surprise and our teenager enjoyed it.

The resort as a whole, for first timers, was amazing and above our expectations! The only complaint was that the humidity and condensation in the rooms seemed to make the linens smell dewy. Would love to see more screens or pamphlets providing the schedule of events for the day and locations of restaurants. Maybe even a tour because the resort was huge and we didn’t know they had kayaking and paddle boarding for free until the second to the last day. Food was great! Drinks were flowing! Staff was outstanding and friendly!! Gilberto’s service at the adults only pool was so amazing and he made our stay super fun! Fiesta Mexicana was the perfect ending to our 7 night stay. We will definitely be back!!!

This was the best hotel stay ive ever experienced and it made for a special time celebrating my dad’s birthday. The staff was friendly, attentive, professional, and kind. The food was excellent and approachable. The building is elegant and ornate, adorned with fresh flowers every day and cleaned very well. We can’t rave enough about everything and it truly lived up to all my hopes for the family vacation I’d spent so much time planning. I could not recommend this place more. Hope to return again in the future.

But what makes it specksl is the amazing staff, riendly helpful always smiling and offering their service extremely attentive and highly professional. Beautiful setting convenient location spic n span cleanliness wife and I had our best ever massages..everything from private white sand crystal water calm beach to lux pull down nightly service top notch including the delicious ubiquitous food all day and night beautiful garden areas surrounding pool maintained with precision..and every room faces the beach with spectacular views.
