The place is very clean and updated. The staff is very courteous and constantly cleaning and maintaining the place. The pool is very nice and relaxing with an adults only section. The resort is all suites style either ocean view or oceanfront, which was great. Rooms are spacious and modernized. They also have a game room, which was a nice surprise and our teenager enjoyed it.

Had an amazing time at Grand Fiesta Coral. Place is super clean and staff is very friendly. Only downside. Im on vacation and pool bars and lobby bars dont open till 11-12. Now I normally dont drink that early but on vacation I certainly like too.

Cant say enough about this classy hotel, the location spectacular on the calm side of the ocean that seems like a big warm crystal clear swimming pool and so close to downtown and Isla Mujeres. But what makes it specksl is the amazing staff, riendly helpful always smiling and offering their service extremely attentive and highly professional. Beautiful setting convenient location spic n span cleanliness wife and I had our best ever massages..everything from private white sand crystal water calm beach to lux pull down nightly service top notch including the delicious ubiquitous food all day and night beautiful garden areas surrounding pool maintained with precision..and every room faces the beach with spectacular views. Our favorite hotel by far in our favorite beach tropical paradise! Thanks for such another incredibly enjoyable 5 days!

This was the best hotel stay ive ever experienced and it made for a special time celebrating my dad’s birthday. The staff was friendly, attentive, professional, and kind. The food was excellent and approachable. The building is elegant and ornate, adorned with fresh flowers every day and cleaned very well. We can’t rave enough about everything and it truly lived up to all my hopes for the family vacation I’d spent so much time planning. I could not recommend this place more. Hope to return again in the future.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The amenities were great with easy access to the pools, beach, restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that the specialty food restaurants were not as amazing. Most were better than others

Excellent Hotel Experience I had an absolutely wonderful vacation at this hotel. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Every meal was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. The photos on the hotel's website are an accurate reflection of what you will find when you arrive-the property looks just as beautiful in person. The pools were exceptionally clean, and the beach was absolutely spectacular. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were spotless. Staff was unbelievably nice and helpful. The pools were clean but water was really hot. You could not cool off in the pools. Bar tenders very communicative.
