Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express.
Lovely spacious room with a kitchen.
Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance.
There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free.
Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."
