This is a small charming hotel with friendly and efficient staff. On a quiet street within a 15 minute walk of Westminster Abbey or Buckingham Palace; Victoria Station is about a 10 minute walk. Room wasn't large but was extremely clean and tidy. We had a wonderful one-week stay.
Only downside is its quite noisy from about 6am from the street outside the room
Gorgeous home well designed and very comfort. Met by a lady named Linda eho checked us in. Flat was spotless and good value too. Slept my family of 12 very comfortably and the kids lpve the london bus bunk bed!
We had a wonderful stay. It was for a birthday and we were treated to a bottle of Rose to help us celebrate. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the hotel was perfectly placed for a central London visit. Thank you
Great place, great location, if you want to be in the center of London. I downgraded facilities because the room was quite small - fine for a single traveler, hard for a couple even with the double bed, and I could really get the heating to work so it was a bit chilly. I didn’t worry about either, ...
Great stay, perfect location, helpful staff. Would have been made better by enough coffee for the entire stay in the room and also a daily housekeeping would have been good... particularly when you’re paying hundreds per night. Highly recommended.
Concierge staff was outstanding. Great location for tourists.
great hotel good location and excellent rooms perfect for a weekend in London.
