Check in was quick and room was ready upon arrival however the staff seemed very annoyed with being there. The room is… TINY. Not comfortable for more than 1 person. No where to store luggage, no where to unpack, no where to honestly just walk around without hitting the bed or a wall. The bathroom is even smaller. The way the wall is shaped you are hitting the wall with your knee anytime you need to use the restroom. Two things are what really solidifies my rating. 1.) There are signs stating a full service clean will be provided after the 3rd day. In my opinion a “full service cleaning” would, at the bare minimum” include clean bedding, new and neat towels, a wipe down of all surfaces including the bathroom, emptying of trash cans, and atleast a sweep of the room. However the only thing on that list that was done was new towels, and they were just thrown on the bed that I made before leaving. 2.) the second thing… and truly the most concerning. I left for two days and upon my arrival back to my room at midnight my room door was completely open… like not unlocked.. OPEN. I went straight to the front desk and the night crew employee had no cafe in the world to address said issue. I said I needed to speak with a manager immediately and of course one was not on duty. I said I needed one to call me the following day. This incident happened 4 days ago and what would you know… a manger has still not contacted me. HORRIBLE. Do NOT stay here!!!"
