Short business stay in a nice area, but on a busy street. Hotel and rooms are clean - 5th floor room seemed recently renovated. Corridors are tight. Couldn't find the toiletries but used my own so not a big problem. Breakfast was simple but adequate.
Blakes London is a cute luxury boutique hotel. The staff is very help and the room service menu is great. I love how the hotel is decorated and it also in a good and safe location. I always love staying here on any trips to London!
Location was spot on, hotel is lovely and the staff were the best I have experienced.
only one gripe would be the room I was allocated which has to be the smallest I've ever stayed in. Even as a single traveller It was really uncomfortable, had to move a desk chair constantly and use the floor space for tea tray. Wardrobe in an awkward position but again this was down to making use of space.
Tea & Coffee and complementary soft drinks in the room a lovely touch.
Would stay again but would have to be sure of the room allocated.

A very pleasant hotel. Five minutes from the Gloucester Road Tube which accesses 3 lines it is in a very quiet neighbourhood . It has a good restaurant on site . Staff are courteous and helpful. Be aware that overnight storage needs negation.
Upscale, residential Kensington is best known for its palace and gardens, and for its major museums in South Kensington —the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, and the V&A. Earl’s Court has a wide selection of budget and mid-range hotels, clustered around Earl’s Court exhibition centre. Its Underground station offers good links (District and Piccadilly lines) with trains running to central London and south-west to Wimbledon.
