"Wonderful location, great views, friendly staff.**"
My son and I stayed here as a treat for his birthday. Fabulous pool - with no restrictions for children - and a great room. He was given a slice of chocolate cake which made his stay!

"It's great place to stay for a weekend at the show"
Hotel is a 5 minute walk from tube, right in the centre of tube zone 1. Hotel is clean and comfortable, you'll need to remortgage your house for a drink at the 24hr bar. Didn't do breakfast as there are a number of decent cafes a 2min walk away. Our room had a Hilton room feel and quality about it. It's a good hotel..

"Close to Euston and King's Cross St. Pancras"
The hotel is close to two major stations, whether overground or underground. It's close to the eateries near there, and the post office isn't that far. If you were to use the public transportation, it's very handy but if you're walking into London Central, it's a hike! The hotel's curb appeal was very impressive. The lobby was alright. But then the parts that matter left a bit lacking. The one elevator was an "okay" speed, the halls were small, and the rooms were really tight. There wasn't that much storage room for clothes and such. I was able to sleep on the bed, but barely. The WI-FI was decent, and the room was clean. I give the biggest satisfaction for the housekeeping, as they kept up with my requests I left in the room. The biggest thing I didn't like about it was the flaming hot towel rack -- I love it that it keeps the towels warm, hate it that it's nearly scalding when you accidentally brush it when you're on the loo. Another would be that there's absolutely no separation between the shower and the tile in front of the loo, so water does get everywhere because of the (impressively strong) water pressure of the shower. The staff was alright up until the end. I had asked the receptionist if the post office was opened and she had said yes, so I left my luggage at the front desk so I can mail some postcards only to see that it was closed. It's not that it's her fault that it was closed, but she shouldn't've confirmed that it was open if it was an unknown.

"They really look after you at Sanderson"
My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend at the Sanderson hotel and had an absolutely lovely time. The moment we checked in, the concierge offered us vouchers for 1 free cocktail each at the hotel bar and free breakfast (to have either in the restaurant or in the room), which were both lovely touches. It was just fantastic waking up on Sunday morning with breakfast in bed. The room itself was great too. Very interesting design, loved the glass walls within the room and felt like I was in a spa when I took a quick bubble bath with the product provided. Their room toiletries come from Malin+Goetz which was a great discovery, I'm definitely going to buy stuff from them again. Food and cocktails were good, bed was comfy and just had a lovely time overall. We'll definitely stay there again and maybe book some treatments in their spa. Being a grade 2 building, they can't build walls so apparently there are thousands of meters of silk curtains among the spa.

"Spacious room for a great price"
Great location right next to the British Museum with several tube stops within a five minutes walk. Rooms were clean and spacious. Shower and sink are in the room, but the men's and women's toilets were down the hall. I was concerned about the toilets, but it was never a problem and I never had to wait.
