The room was nice however there was some problems we found. The air conditioning wasn’t working too well and we had found silverfish, which wasn’t very pleasant especially considering the price I had paid just for one night one would probably expect better. But over all it was clean and inhabitable.

No coffee/ tea available , the staff were kind but very restricted and unable to assist customers. No TVs no cupboards or shelves. No where to put your belongings, the shower spilled in to where the beds were located, no phones and no cell service in case of medical emergency. The suggestions were main positives was it was clean and in a great location!!!!! Could utilize the wall space with shelving.

The room was spartan with no storage. There was nowhere to place bags or hang clothes; they had to go on the floor or the bed. The water pipes were very loud both after use and randomly throughout the stay. Also, what I assume to be the Tube could be felt vibrating the walls while trying to sleep. There was nowhere in the room to get drinking water or refreshments, this was all one floor up in reception. The only towel hooks are right over the toilet and toilet paper dispenser, whichbis unhygienic. The location was convenient.
