Hotel room was small but very clean and modern fixtures in bathroom, older building so outside noise is loud from hall and street. Location was good for exploring london, hop on hop off bus right in front was a plus. Restaurants very close the Salad restaurant down street was a plus, negative for hotel breakfast, 2 hotels in one. City Sleeper definitely best of 2. Will definitely recommend for a short stay.

My daughter was very appreciative of Rafay who was considerate enough to allow her to check in earlier. The room was very clean and very spacious. They had the double twin bed which were quite comfy. A valuable asset after a whole day’s sightseeing. Another lure was a two-minute walk to Russell Square Station- very convenient indeed! This station is served by the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow airport. It offered an adequate buffet breakfast. But truly, the staff was most welcoming and helpful,
