Stayed 1 night for girlfriends 21st birthday, what a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of London. Staff were so helpful and were available if needed, the room itself and facilities were faultless, would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, just 5-10 minute walk from multiple tube lines (Circle & District from Blackfriars, Northern from Borough, and Jubilee from Southwark) from which you can get to and from most of London and the airports; and less than 10 minute walk to Borough Market where you will find a plethora of food stalls and some great restaurants. The hotel is also right behind Tate Modern and near the Globe Theatre. Across the street from the hotel is a Marks & Spencer Simply Food (small grocery store) to pick up snacks and drinks for your room - buy beer, wine, and liquor there as the hotel bar is a bit overpriced.
As far as the hotel itself goes, the lobby has a clean modern style that continues into the rooms. From an American perspective one might find the rooms to be a bit small but will have everything you need including a mini-fridge and a safe for passports and valuables. Despite the fact our room was facing a main street the room was still quiet, and there were hardly any sounds coming from the other rooms around us. The hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and check-in was a breeze (thankfully our room was ready around 12:30 pm, earlier than the posted 2pm check in time). Overall this is a great hotel for tourists as its location provides easy access to all that London has to offer. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we would certainly stay here again!
Large room. Lights were challenging in the room. Living room was too big, bedroom area too small. Breakfast was fair at best. Big eaters do the buffet, small breakfast lovers go to the Italian cafe instead. Location is terrific.
We had an overnight stay here Saturday. Upon arrival we were kindly upgraded to an executive room which
boasted a balcony giving an excellent view across London. The bed was very comfortable & shower facilities very good. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. I am a coeliac so I had to check that they could deal with a gluten this safely in the restaurant. They produced an excellent evening meal including gluten free bread that was as good as I have ever had. A buffet style breakfast was equally well done with plenty of choice.
All in all it is very difficult to fault the facilities or the service in this hotel & would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Its a modern hotel, rooms are very small but built right. it's impossible to work in the room. The room is equiped with all the latest technology and the tablet management works fine, the free movies are also a nice.
The hotel is exactly as described on the website and I was pleasently suprised. I was in a windowless room but this did not matter as I was out all day. The lighting in the room was great daylight style lighting. The room and bathroom extremely clean and it did not feel cramped. Hotel staff extremely welcoming I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
