I loved so much about this property. It was my first time to London so I was wary but this hotel put all of my concerns at ease. The location was convenient- very close to the County Hall & Waterloo bus stations, and close (within a half mile) from the Waterloo station (underground tube and British railways). It's also close to a souvenir shop and Gail's Bakery. When we arrived we were so exhausted with our bags and we were greeted by such warm staff - Ambra especially was wonderful! Our room with two twin beds was beautiful, very clean, and housekeeping came every 3 days. The bathroom was so state of the art with a huge tub and glass door shower. It was also really cool that the room came with dishes, bowls, utensils, plus dish soap and a rag. So many places for storage too, we each had drawers and cabinets and the closet was huge. We were also warm at night so we asked the front desk for a fan (which they had!) They were so accommodating. The buffet breakfast in the Mezzanine was so expansive every single morning - there were SO MANY options! So many types of pastries, so many kinds of juice, coffee, everything. I stayed for two weeks and I was still able to try something new every single morning. It was nice to be greeted by a hostess and be seated. There was even a chef taking personal requests for eggs in any style. The restaurant in the hotel, Atrio, was delicious, we ate dinner there one night and it was the best Italian food we had this trip. Overall highly recommend.
