"Impeccable service and accommodations"
One of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have had to date. More of a one room apartment than a hotel room, the unit had a room that was closed off via sliding doors between the bedroom and living space. The living space was comfortable and had a nice tv and comfortable furniture. The large kitchen was off of the living space and had every utility and appliance you can imagine (dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, etc). There was also an in unit washer and dryer. We didn't need it, but still worth noting it was IN UNIT. The kitchen also had a giant welcome basket with many complimentary items (loaf of bread, biscuits, tea, cappuccino packets for in kitchen machine, chips, fruit, and more). The fridge also had many items we were given like a pint of milk, butter, and organic juices. The bathroom had a great shower with a natural rain shower head that came directly from the ceiling. Again, all nice furnishings in the bathroom with a nice lighting system and large mirror. The master bedroom had a nice tv and comfortable sheets on the king-sized bed. The bedroom has a sitting area that leads to the balcony... where the view is most dramatic. The Shard, City Hall, HMS Belfast, reflections of the Tower Bridge , and the Thames River made a great backdrop to a great room.
The staff whom work at the Cheval Three Quay also deserve a special mention. All wearing really nice 3 piece suits, each were extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be looking to book again soon!
