Check-in staff very friendly & efficient. Bedrooms are spacious & unique. Being central London, amenities are quite basic though, e.g. no outdoor space/terrace apart from hotel frontage, bar area is quite compact.
This hotel has a great location, just off the steps of St Paul's. It was a convenient base for all of our sightseeing needs. There is even a hop-on-hop-off bus stop right outside the door, though we used uber to get around. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nice to have a smart TV to use ...
We had a great experience. Although our room was quite small, it did exactly what we needed it to. We spent very little time in the hotel so when we were there, we slept. Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, and the room was super cute and trendy.
Excellent hotel with large rooms and facilities . The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing . Would come back again for sure .
The customer service was very good. Particulary the restaurant staff , we had afternoon tea, breakfast and drinks through the day and they were without exception lovely!
I reserved a 5 night stay at the property. I had stayed in Manchester for two nights prior to this stay for the World Cup cricket. However play was postponed due to rain and the match was continued on the reserve day. I attempted to contact crowne plaza Kings cross on 3 occasions to inform them of ...
All the staff were extremely pleasant, clean room, I had booked a single room but was allowed to upgrade to a double for a very reasonable amount
From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect! It was our first time in London and we couldn't have been happier with Sea Containers. The location was great, easily within walking distance of many sites and restaurants and to the tube at Blackfriars. We upgraded our room at check in and it was ...
No plugins by side of beds. Understandable but there was a function with VERY loud music and announcements in courtyard. Though noise stopped before 11pm.
